Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and toz888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the toz888 platform at toz888.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1 Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the toz888 website accessible at toz888.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, games, and services.
- "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the Platform.
- "Player" / "Member" / "User" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on toz888.
- "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by toz888 under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for all toz888 Members.
- "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the toz888 Platform.
- "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all toz888 service operations.
- "Bet" / "Wager" means any staked amount placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
- "Togel" refers to togel (Toto Gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game offered on the Platform across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other international pools.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the toz888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. toz888 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and will permanently close accounts found to belong to underage individuals, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a corporate entity or for commercial purposes.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a toz888 employee, officer, director, agent, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through toz888's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling regulator.
Age Verification: toz888 uses KYC document verification to confirm Player age. Any player who provides false date-of-birth information or circumvents age-verification processes will have their Account permanently suspended and all associated winnings voided.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on toz888, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply:
- Each Player may hold only one Account on toz888 at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. toz888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
- You must notify toz888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
- toz888 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- Account registration is free of charge. toz888 does not levy any registration fees.
4 KYC & Identity Verification
toz888 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its licensing and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The KYC process includes:
- Proof of Identity: A clear photograph of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP), showing your full name, date of birth, and ID number.
- Selfie Verification: A live photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
- Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. toz888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for periodic re-verification of existing Members. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Priority KYC processing is available for Gold VIP Members. All submitted documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5 Deposits
The following conditions govern all deposits made to a toz888 Account:
- The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
- Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- toz888 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges — these are the Player's sole responsibility.
- Deposits made by bank transfer are typically credited within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly.
- toz888 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from an unauthorized or third-party source.
- All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). toz888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies at this time.
6 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from a toz888 Account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze Members within 24 hours, Silver Members within 12 hours, Gold Members within 6 hours — measured from the time of request approval.
- First-time withdrawals may be subject to an additional security review of up to 48 hours.
- Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals cannot be processed while a Player has active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements. The Player may choose to forfeit bonus funds to proceed with withdrawal, but this action is irreversible.
- toz888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing charges levied by receiving banks or e-wallets are the Player's responsibility.
- toz888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing time.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
toz888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the relevant offer page:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier.
- Only bets placed with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward sportsbook wagering requirements. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not contribute.
- While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per match is Rp 25.000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at toz888's discretion.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated on the offer (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically.
- toz888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in active use by a Player.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
Bonus Abuse Policy: toz888 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus exploitation. Players found to be systematically abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or low-risk hedging strategies — will have their bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for possible termination.
8 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and gaming activity on toz888 are governed by the following rules:
- All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. toz888 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of proven system error or odds feed malfunction.
- toz888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. Affected Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
- For sports betting, including bandar bola (football betting) markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and international competitions such as the AFF Championship and FIFA World Cup qualifiers, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
- Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. A single void selection in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator legs accordingly rather than voiding the entire bet, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
- For togel lottery markets, official draw results from the respective pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.) are the sole determinant of winning numbers. Results are published on the Platform within 30 minutes of the official draw time.
- Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi operate under the rules specific to each game variant. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
- toz888 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. Current maximum payout limits are published in the relevant sport or game section of the Platform and are subject to change with 48 hours' notice.
- toz888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permitted on any market or event for any Player at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.
9 Responsible Gaming
toz888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all Members:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-in-session notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
- Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, the Account remains open but cannot be used for wagering or deposits.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their Account may do so by contacting toz888 support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.
- toz888 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will act immediately upon receipt of any credible report that an Account is held by or accessible to a person under 21 years of age.

10 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toz888 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an unlawful nature.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known system error must be reported to toz888 immediately and will be voided.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from toz888.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of wagering.
- Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the toz888 Platform's software or security infrastructure.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication toward toz888 staff or other Players.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the toz888 Platform — including but not limited to the toz888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of toz888 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any toz888 intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the toz888 Platform without prior written authorization from toz888.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toz888 expressly excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, even if toz888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond toz888's reasonable control.
- Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
- Decisions made by third-party game providers, sports governing bodies, or lottery operators that affect the outcome of bets or games settled through their data or platforms.
toz888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability: toz888 targets 99.5% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 2 hours in advance via in-platform notifications. No compensation is owed for downtime of less than 4 consecutive hours.
13 Privacy & Data
toz888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
- Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account administration, payment processing, KYC compliance, and improving the Platform experience.
- toz888 does not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
- All data is transmitted and stored using SSL encryption.
- Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting toz888 support.
14 Account Termination
Either party may terminate the Account relationship under the following circumstances:
- Player-initiated closure: A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting toz888 support. Closure will be processed within 48 hours, provided no active bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests are outstanding.
- toz888-initiated suspension: toz888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account immediately if the Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if toz888 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation.
- Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of wagering completion status.
- toz888 reserves the right to retain a copy of Account records for a minimum of 5 years following closure, as required by its licensing obligations and AML compliance program.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toz888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through toz888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.
toz888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the toz888 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
